Project management, coordination and supervision
With the aim to assist the Operator with project coordination and supervision during DD and major refits, Rina will act as an additional project manager.
During times of Dry-Dock and refits, passenger vessels can be undertaking several simultaneous projects in same or adjacent spaces that are carried out by different independent contractors, therefore the continuous satisfaction of SOLAS requirements in respect to Structural fire Protection, LSA, automation, machinery and electrical equipment is of upmost importance.
In details, on board the selected ship our Surveyor will carry out the following activies:
Detailed report will be issued to the Operator at the end, emphasizing the aspects related to Health and Safety, and areas of possible improvement. Upon request a debrief seminar can be organized in order to explain the above face by face to the interested Operators Members.
