We offer dedicated services for real estate through RINA Prime Value Services, a company born from our collaboration with AxiA.RE, controlled 50% by RINA and 50% by the founding partners of AxiA.RE, and focussing on technical-real estate evaluation and certification, and technological innovation and sustainability.
RINA Prime Value Services is made up of a team of project managers specialised in various areas of analysis (land registry, urban planning, construction, environment, etc.), who support clients in overseeing, managing and enhancing each phase of the credit and investment process.

NPLsRE_Solutions is the subsidiary of RINA Prime Value Services that supports credit institutions in all phases of the recovery procedures for non-performing loans.
It also makes use of the services of Astasy Point, whose network is dedicated to the livening-up of auctions, out-of-court agreements between bank and executor, and the sale of properties subject to bankruptcy proceedings (pursuant to Art. 107 R.D. 267 / '42 - Italian Legislation).
