Course Goals: knowledge about the implementation of the ISM Code on board ships and in shore based Company. Course goals: this course has the aim to provide complete and in-depth training on all topics covered by the ISPS Code - parts A and B to obtain the CSO (Company Security Officer) professional qualification in compliance with ISPS Code and in accordance with the IMO model course required and recognized by the Italian Administration. In accordance with these requirements, the course provides for a final qualifying examination, recognized by the Italian Administration.

Course goals: to obtain an adequate update on recently approved laws and decrees on maritime security, with particular reference to Italian laws and Italian administrative regulations concerning ship security. The course is recognized by the Italian Administration under the National Maritime Safety Plan and allows the maintenance of CSO and SSO qualifications. In accordance with IMO requirements, the course is mandatory every 5 years.

Course goals: According to the IMO Guideline MSC 96/4/1 dated 04th Feb 2016, MEASURES TO ENHANCE MARITIME SECURITY - The Guidelines on cybersecurity on board ships, the course is designed to develop understanding and awareness of key aspects of cybersecurity in response to the vulnerability of ships to cybersecurity risks and is not intended to give technical guidance for the ship or personnel on board. On the basis of a risk-based approach to cybersecurity, shipowners and operators are advised on how to assess their operations and develop procedures and actions to maintain the security of cybersystems on board. The course will support the company in establishing procedures, plans and instructions, including checklists as appropriate, for relevant key shipboard operations.
