Interviewing skills are important for several reasons, both for the interviewer and the interviewee. These skills play a crucial role in the hiring process, as well as in various other situations where information needs to be gathered or exchanged.

In this course, various interview types are discussed, underscoring the importance of a methodical approach to ensure the effective communication and hiring of office employees and the crew.

Participants will be guided through the process of formulating questions aligned with job prerequisites, mastering interview preparation, and cultivating the skills of establishing rapport. Soft skills required for interviewers, such as emotional intelligence, active listening and more, are also discussed.
