ISO 31030 - Travel Risk Management (TRM)

How to demonstrate that travel decisions are based on true business risk management capabilities

ISO 31030Guideline deals with the planning and implementation of Travel Risk Management (TRM) activities, focusing on all the steps necessary for effective planning, implementation and evaluation of activities, including the selection of reception facilities, the reduction and management of potential health risks, and the management of accidents.

ISO 31030 is a high-level reference for organizations that want to anticipate and assess the possible risks to which employees, their companions and guests are potentially subjected during business trips.

Legal and moral responsibility makes it a duty of care, i.e. taking care of the safety of one's employees and family members as a duty, even during business trips. The third-party attestation provides objective evidence of the application of this international best practice.

What do we offer?

We offer a service to certify the compliance of the company's Travel Risk Management model in accordance with ISO 31030:2021 aimed at giving evidence to the organization's stakeholders that the travel decision was made in accordance with a risk management model tailored on the international stage.
On request, an assessment activity can be carried out aimed at measuring the level of application of the requirements of ISO 31030 within the company's management model.

Who is the service for?

Our service is aimed at organizations in all sectors (excluding tourism and leisure organizations) that want to:

  • Demonstrate to its stakeholders, including institutional ones, that the decisions and management of travel and associated issues are pursued on the basis of a real and specific risk analysis
