The seismic risk certification issued by a Third Party company, for both new construction buildings and existing buildings, increases the certainty that the process is compliant with the relevant standard and rules and supports both the technical and financial management of significant real estate portfolios.

This service allows companies to assess the seismic vulnerability of buildings portfolio, in order to identify the risk priorities and to forecast construction costs for improvements, as well as to plan and manage the potential seismic rehabilitation.
