A remarkable achievement to combat marine pollution and create a sustainable future

In an era where water scarcity, pollution, and climate change pose significant threats to our invaluable water resources, we are proud to announce the successful completion of our project, "Recovering Waste at Sea." Through a collaborative effort with Ogyre, the pioneering global platform for ocean litter recovery, we have reached a significant milestone in our ongoing mission to protect our oceans.

Collecting 1,350 Kilos of Marine Litter

Working closely with Ogyre, we engaged a diverse network of local fishermen across multiple countries, including Italy, Brazil, and Indonesia. Ogyre's dedicated fleet of fishermen actively participated in the collection of marine litter during their regular fishing activities or on designated cleanup days.

The results are tangible: we successfully retrieved 1,350 kilos of plastic waste, which is equivalent to 135,000 plastic bottles. This accomplishment demonstrates the power of collaboration, highlighting the positive impact that can be achieved when multiple stakeholders unite for a common cause.

Through our partnership with Ogyre, we have not only contributed to the removal of plastic waste from our seas but also supported the transformation of this recovered waste into innovative and eco-friendly products.
