A survey questionnaire for organisations and professionals operating in the remote services industry

The recent emergency has accelerated the already growing demand for remote services across industries.

IAF, ILAC and ISO have worked together to produce a survey to better understand the views of the conformity assessment community and those that rely on the results of conformity assessment, on the use of remote techniques for audit/assessment/evaluation activities.

As directly involved as customer and stakeholder in the certification and inspection field, we ask to complete the survey for your own organisation and/or as an individual carrying out a remote activity.
