RINA and ENGIMMONIA at the “Connecting EU Insights”

Energy Transition in Ports and Logistics

In the framework of our  research project ENGIMMONIA, we are taking part in the "Energy Transition in Ports and Logistics" session of the Connecting EU Insights event on the 15th December.

Patrizio di Francesco, RINA Germany Plan Approval Centre & Inspections Engineer, will introduce and moderate the entire session.

ENGIMMONIA will presented by the project coordinator, Stefano Barberis,  RINA Innovation for Energy & Mobility Business Development Manager, and will be one of the protagonists of the technical session dedicated to the alternative fuels and more sustainable technologies for the maritime field together with other European research projects in the framework of a more sustainable maritime transport. 

The event will group international panelists from different realities, such as research institutes, industries and authorities in the field, to face some crucial aspects regarding the decarbonization of the shipping transport considering several thematic: infrastructures, regulations, safety, efficiency of the systems and strategical approaches.
