Webinar “The Renewable Wave of Projects”

30 Jun 2020

How can we meet the targets set by the EU Green Deal by 2050?

Do you know that the Green New Deal has laid out a grand European plan for tackling climate change?

By 2050, the goal is to reach the following targets:

  • a minimum 40 per cent cut in greenhouse gas emissions compared to 1990 levels
  • a share of at least 32 per cent renewables in final energy consumption
  • at least 32.5 per cent in energy savings.

One of our priority is to support the implementation of the EU Green New Deal requirements and, as renewable energy sources play a key role, our research and development activities focus on the development on innovative technological and non-technological solutions which can empower RES in EU local energy communities, cities and islands.

In particular, as Coordinator of SunHorizon H2020 Project (funded from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme under Grant Agreement N. 818329), we are glad to invite you to the webinar “The Renewable Wave of Projects”.

Our Project Manager Alessandra Cuneo – Corporate R&D Technical Coordinator – will present “SunHorizon Innovative sun-coupled heat pumps” in the framework of the first webinar organised by the European Heat Pump Association together with other three projects regarding innovative renewable energies applications: “GeoAtlantic - Sustainability and Geothermal energy promotion”, “Enertun - Energy tunnels: an opportunity of development for urban areas”, “SecRHC Connecting the ETIP RHC project with EHPA’s Research & Innovation Committee” and, of course, SunHorizon.

Would you like to find out how to meet the targets set by the EU Green Deal by 2030 thanks to innovative technological solutions?

Register now and meet us on 30 June!
