International AM/3D workshop

10 Oct 2019

Our Business Manager Dante Pocci will hold a speech about RINA AM activities, including powder metallurgy for additive manufacturing, fabrication of metallic powder, alloy design, prototyping and certification

Additive Manufacturing technologies create increasing growth opportunities, supporting companies in the selection of the most suitable material (plastic, ceramic, metal) and covering the entire innovation process of steel and special alloys, up to implementation in the production chain.

From alloy design to powder manufacturing, we manage the innovation chain of AM metallic materials. By developing specific new materials for AM, we can improve their utilization and increase their consistency and product repeatability, achieving a similar or superior performance level of cast or wrought materials.

Over the years, we have expanded our range of services also through the certification of products obtained by AM, as well as combining expertise on new digital technologies with materials sciences.

In this respect, we will taking part in the International AM/3D workshop, an event organized through the project ACES- Additive Coordination in East Central Sweden that include Alfred Nobel Science Park. Our Business Manager Dante Pocci will hold a speech about RINA AM activities, including powder metallurgy for additive manufacturing, fabrication of metallic powder, alloy design, prototyping and certification.
