Rolling stock MS certification

Management system certification is applied to rolling stock maintenance operators’ personnel, qualified according to ANSF Decree n. 4/2012 and to guidelines ANSF 01/2013.
With regard to Italian market, management system certification requirements are defined by the following documents:

• COCS n° 30/DT by Trenitalia
• COCS 30 by Mercitalia
• procedure P 096 by Trenord.

The activity is carried out in accordance with the RINA governance model, which safeguards impartiality and prevents conflict of interest situations.

Deliverables

• The operator shall fill in a request form and provide organisation data and specify the activity field
• RINA issues the technical and economic offer for verification of the necessary activities to obtain the Certification
• we decide the audit data and the auditor; the operator has the possibility to refuse the auditor, justifying the reason
• preliminary audit (optional)
• certification audit
• in case of positive results, the certificate is awarded.
