Due diligence

Our services cover development, vendor and acquisition, owner’s and lenders’, ESDD

The independent identification and evaluation of project risks is underpinned by a comprehensive assessment of key technical and commercial issues.

RINA is able to provide a clear and concise summary of pertinent risks, including an evaluation of the impact of these risks on timely project delivery and smooth operation as well as CAPEX, OPEX and operating revenues.

Building on this assessment, we will identify practical cost effective risk management solutions that can be implemented to confirm the residual risk position.

The activity is carried out in accordance with the RINA governance model, which safeguards impartiality and prevents conflict of interest situations.
