What is resilience? Psychologists define resilience as the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats, or significant sources of stress. All these parameters are present in the everyday work life of all seafarers and shore personnel in the Shipping Industry. Discover the resilience concept and acquire all the tools needed to handle any situation causing stress. This course follows the Guidelines and modules of SHELL’s Resilience system.
