The course aims to provide the knowledge on how to correctly interpret the requirements of ISO 5000:2018 and fully understanding of the meaning of the terminology used. This course familiarizes participants with the essential requirements and the implementation of an Energy Management System (EnMS) as included in the ISO 50001:2018 standard.

- The basic formulas and numbers to remember in the energy field 
- The units of measurement and the parameters of practical use in the energy sector 
- Relationship between energy performance and the EnMS

- Criticality and documentation of an EnMS 
- Analysis of the critical points of the ISO 50001:2018 standard and application
