At RINA, we carry out conformity assessment activities in line with regulatory standards for management systems, products, and personnel. We are committed to continuous improvement and to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.  

 

You can use this form to sumit: 

- Compliments: express satisfaction with certification services provided by RINA.  
- Complaints: report dissatisfaction with certification services provided by RINA.   
- Appeals: contest decisions regarding the granting, maintenance, suspension, or withdrawal of certification.  
- Information on certified companies: to indicate dissatisfaction with products or services provided by a company certified by RINA.

Report potential risks that could harm customers, RINA staff, shareholders, the public, or RINA’s reputation. For these cases, please use the dedicated whistleblowing platform
