General terms and conditions

 

Main changes:

- clarified that the contractual conditions are also applicable to the inspection activities
- at paragraph 13.5 introduced among the reasons for possible suspension, also the case of nonpayment by the Organization of the fees owed to any company of RINA
- added the new paragraph 30 concerning the commercial sanctions
- introduced some editorial changes

Rules for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

 

Main changes:

- elimination of sections 2 and 3 as they refer to the transition period and no longer applicable
- elimination of the request to the Organization to fill the "self-assessment questionnaire" document for the first certification

Extension of accreditation

RINA has obtained the extension of accreditation according to the "flexible scope" procedure for ISO/IEC 27001 certification scheme with the extension to ISO/IEC 270XX "Information Technology, Security techniques" guidelines.

The list of guidelines is available on the site, and includes the ISO/IEC 27017 “cloud services”, the ISO/IEC 27018 “protecting personal information in cloud storage”, the ISO/IEC 27019 “energy utility industry”, the ISO/IEC 27035 “incident management”, and the ISO/IEC 27701 “collection and processing of personally identifiable information

The accreditation with "flexible scope" allows to manage any other guidelines to satisfy any other client request.
