For the shortlisted technologies, a benchmark is typically carried out which addresses:

• Pros and cons of each of them (SWOT analysis)
• risk analysis
• CAPEX, OPEX and schedule analysis
• identification of possible contingency plans
• bridging solutions, where applicable.
