The pathway that the organization must follow include:

- A formal commitment to carbon neutrality for the identified Subject

- Definition of the Subject's Baseline, representing the quantified sum of greenhouse gas emissions and/or GHG removals for the base period

- Establishment of short- and long-term targets related to GHG emission reductions and GHG removal enhancements for the Subject

- Establishment and Implementation of carbon neutrality management plan

- Periodical Monitoring

- Making a Carbon Neutrality Report publicly available,  containing information such as adescription of the GHG emission reductions and GHG removal enhancements, and the performance alignment with the carbon neutrality management plan
