QA/QC site supervision

RINA provides an effective and timely supervision of the executed project phases with reference to all the skills as such as civil engineer, mechanical and electrical engineer, geotechnical,  transportation engineer, marine, geologist as well.

The activity is carried out in accordance with the RINA governance model, which safeguards impartiality and prevents conflict of interest situations.

Main duties are:

• implementation of a quality plan in compliance with the employer’s requirement
• project manager on site is in charge of coordinating the daily request for inspections
• preparation and control of a set of QA/QC procedures and instructions
• implementation of a contractor and vendor qualification and monitoring plan
• implementation of an internal and external quality auditing program
• identification and control of quality key performance indicators
• assisting project team in implementing a RBI (Risk Based Inspection) program and a quality surveillance plan
• reporting on quality status and issues.
