MRM Logistics is a company operating in the sectors of logistics, international trade and the supply chain, where process efficiency determines the value of the work and the satisfaction of stakeholders and customers.
The MRM Logistics team sought a training course on international quality standards to align its processes and ensure quality, efficiency and best management practices.
To ensure that the team not only gains a theoretical understanding of market standards but also adopts a working culture focused on service quality, MRM Logistics chose our course ‘Interpretation of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard – Quality Management System’, to gain a comprehensive and clear understanding of the regulatory framework for quality assurance.
RINA delivered the course ‘Interpretation of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard – Quality Management System’ to train the MRM Logistic team on the principles and requirements of the standard, incorporating simulations of the company’s day-to-day operations.
By combining technical content with examples tailored to the specific business context, participants gained a deeper understanding of the standard’s requirements, the process-based approach and the role of continuous improvement in creating value for customers and stakeholders.
In response to MRM Logistics’ request to strengthen their in-house expertise in quality management practices, we offered an in-depth training programme on the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, featuring exercises modelled on the company’s own activities to foster a corporate culture focused on process standardisation.
Through this course, the MRM Logistics team learnt specific strategies for improving process quality and customer satisfaction.
