Challenge

Promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in organizations requires more than good intentions, it demands structured governance, measurable results, and a culture of accountability.

To align its internal practices with international standards, AeC sought certification under the ISO 30415:2021 – Human Resource Management: Diversity and Inclusion standard, which defines the principles and requirements for inclusive management systems.

The challenge was to evaluate and validate all people management processes, from recruitment and development to communication and promotion, ensuring alignment with the ISO 30415 framework and demonstrating AeC’s commitment to building an equitable and inclusive workplace.

As a result, AeC became the first Brazilian company certified under the ISO 30415:2021 standard, a milestone recognizing its commitment to inclusion, fairness, and respect for diversity.
