Through the Wellbees Challenge, held between late April and mid-May, we promoted a corporate wellbeing initiative that brought together physical activity, employee engagement, and social responsibility.

The Wellbees Challenge is a program designed to encourage people to stay active by tracking their daily steps and contributing to a collective goal.

Guided by our purpose to contribute to collective progress towards an unimaginable future, one where no child suffers from hunger, we chose to support UNICEF. In this context, every 10,000 steps contributed to providing meal support for a child, turning individual effort into a meaningful act of solidarity.

Throughout the initiative, we achieved a total of over 21 million steps, making a tangible contribution to UNICEF’s activities and supporting access to food for the most vulnerable communities.

The Wellbees Challenge showed that wellbeing is not the result of a single, big action, but of small, consistent steps over time. This is an approach we intend to continue developing by promoting initiatives that can generate a concrete positive impact, both within and beyond the company.
