BRCGS and RINA join forces to provide more learning opportunities in Italy

BRCGS and RINA together to deliver a series of training courses for BRCGS Professional graduates

BRCGS-professional-logoBRCGS and RINA Services S.p.A. have recently joined in a regional training partnership with the aim of increasing the availability of learning opportunities for BRCGS training courses in Italy. This partnership will support sites, auditors and aspiring BRCGS Professionals by opening further training opportunities to the industry that are delivered locally and in Italian language.

Italy is one of the largest regions in terms of the number of BRCGS certificated sites. In addition, the number of BRCGS Professionals in Italy has grown substantially in the last 18 months with over 700 individuals currently enrolled in the programme from over 450 different BRCGS certificated sites. It has now become critical that we work to support the region and enhance capability by increasing the volume of learning opportunities available for both sites and auditors.

RINA, the italian market leader for food certification services, supports companies along the food chain value to add value to the peculiarities of agriculture and food products and strengthen the food and agriculture heritage.

Throughout 2022, BRCGS and RINA will work together to deliver a series of training courses for those working with the BRCGS Global Standards for Food Safety and Packaging Materials, as well as a range of product safety management courses covering core areas such as Root Cause Analysis, Risk Assessment, Validation and Verification and Internal Auditor. All courses will be delivered in Italian.
