A training programme for people who wish to implement social accountability management system in their organization
RINA Academy provides a SAAS accredited course in India on May and June, 2018.
Who should attend
- persons who wish to implement social accountability management system based on SA 8000 in their organization
- persons who will be required to have the working knowledge essential to motivate the team implementing the social accountability management system
- persons who are planning to attend higher level training courses like SA 8000 internal auditor/documentation & implementation/ lead auditor course.
Objectives
- Clarity in understanding the requirements of SA 8000:2014
- plan, implement and verify the requirements of SA 8000:2014
- enable management to adopt best practices to ensure Social Accountability and hence have sustainable business commitment.

- Introduction to SA 8000; Development & History
- basic requirements of SA 8000:2014 and its interpretation (Purpose & scope of the standard, Important Terms & definitions, Social accountability requirements & its application referring to applicable local legal requirements)
- Social Accountability audits- planning, conduct and reporting requirements
- exercises, case studies and role play
Duration, venue and date
This is a 40 hours program. The course will be delivered by Social Accountability International (SAI) approved Tutor.
- Delhi from 28th May to 01st June 2018
- Mumbai from 5th-9th June 2018.
Course fee
USD 825 per participant, inclusive of taxes.
Certificate
Participants who pass the final examination will be awarded with successful completion certificate. Others will receive a certificate of attendance.
