Expo has entrusted the updating of its Organisation, Management and Control Model, with particular reference to occupational health and safety aspects, to RINA SERVICES.
Updating of the Organisation Model consists in carrying out a risk assessment and gap analysis, in compliance with the consolidated text on occupational safety TUS 81/2008 and legislative decree 231/2001, in order to identify sensitive areas in relation to the offences covered by the decree.
The adoption of an organisation model enables companies to mitigate the effects of administrative liability, should individual unlawful behaviour occur in connection with the offences covered by the decree.
