Leading the way in the future of sustainable yachting
RINA will be participating in the 34th edition of Monaco Yacht Show (MYS), the key international event for superyacht enthusiasts, taking place in Port Hercule.
With around 500 exhibitors, the event highlights excellence, innovation, and the latest technologies, including sustainable solutions for environmentally friendly yachting.
What we offer
At Monaco Yacht Show, RINA will present its innovative services that combine advanced technologies with sustainable practices, driving the maxi yacht industry toward greater efficiency and environmental responsibility.
RINA will showcase its unique class notation: the “Sustainable Yacht”. This is the first additional notation designed to recognise superyachts that demonstrate exceptional performance in both social and environmental aspects. It adopts a goal-based approach, ensuring technical compliance from the design phase through to delivery.
We will also showcase our "Thermally Efficient Yacht" notation, which ranks yachts based on their thermal efficiency by analysing factors such as glasing, insulation, and HVAC systems, and our "Biofuel Yacht" notation, , a standard addressing the safety and integration of biofuels, such as hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO), in yachts.
