E-LOBSTER invited at the Interreg EfficienCE workshop

"Multipurpose Usage of Public Transport Infrastructure" online workshop

On December, 9th, Interreg EfficienCE organises an online workshop together with sister project e-SMART dedicated to analyse the aspects related to the energy optimization of the urban transport, smartification strategies and EV charging solutions.

E-LOBSTER project, funded from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 774392 under the coordination of RINA, is invited to present its innovative solutions, based on shared assets (battery energy storage systems and power electronic devices) and on a Rail+Grid management system able to create synergies among the power distribution networks and railways distribution networks by involving in the concept also electric vehicles.

The E-LOBSTER project partner, University of Birmingham, attends the workshop together with other research institutes, academia and municipalities, involved in demonstrate the feasibility and efficacy of the technical strategies to evaluate the effects of multipurpose use of transport infrastructures for a more sustainable urban mobility.
