At RINA, we promote an inclusive, fair, and merit-based working environment where everyone can fully express their potential. The Women Empowerment & Gender Alliance Program represents a concrete initiative in this direction and reflects the Group’s commitment to strengthening a culture based on increasing collective responsibility.
Through a structured journey, the program explored global challenges and opportunities related to gender equality, encouraging open dialogue between leaders and participants and fostering collective reflection.

Women Empowerment & Gender Alliance 2026

The program was inaugurated by contributions from our leaders:

  • Francesca Bognin, Chief Financial Officer
  • Roberto Giovenco, RINA Prime Chief Operating Officer
  • Danielly Maria De Lima, Chief Supply Chain Officer
  • Paolo Moretti, RINA Services Chief Executive Officer

Each of them provided their perspective, addressing key topics such as collective responsibility, the need to rethink traditional leadership models, the expectations of new generations, and the importance of recognizing and valuing diversity and individual capabilities as drivers of continuous innovation.

These topics were further developed during the three subsequent sessions. In particular, attention was given to the role of language in shaping organizational culture, highlighting how stereotypes and biases can influence perceptions, feedback, and opportunities. The evolution of leadership models was also explored, moving from traditional approaches to more inclusive and innovation-driven models.

Our goal is to build a concrete alliance between genders in everyday work: in meetings, in giving visibility to people, as well as in small daily actions. It is precisely in these moments that this alliance takes shape and generates real impact.
The program is part of a broader set of internal and external initiatives aimed at consolidating a long-term strategy based on skills, inclusion, and sustainable growth. These include awareness programs on disabilities and neurodivergence, insights into generational diversity, and initiatives dedicated to the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people.
