RINA promotes the decarbonisation and the empowerment of STEM Women

The W.E. Green project was carried out with high school students of the Liceo Scientifico Cassini in Genoa.

The W.E. Green project ended in June 2022: high school students of the “Liceo Scientifico Cassini” in Genoa worked decarbonisation and the empowerment of women in STEM fields, two challenges that are very important for RINA. 

High level of commitment, dedication and passion: we appreciated how much the younger generation is cares about these fundamental topics.   

Three groups were awarded for their projects:  

• "Il futuro energetico delle nostre case” (The energy future of our homes) by class IV F;
• "Energia nucleare” (Nuclear energy) by class IV C
• "Trasporto di persone in città” (Transport of people in the city) by class IV L. 

We decided to award the students at our headquarters and, besides the colleagues directly involved in the project – our Andrea Bombardi, Ginevra Rossetti, Simone Ursino, Silvia Semenza and the Corporate Learning team – Nello Sulfaro and Giorgio Nannetti also attended the award ceremony.
