|SAVE – Venice Marco Polo Airport Management Company|
SAVE operations is mainly focused on development and management of the infrastructure and flight network of the Venice-Treviso airport system, which is the third largest Italian airport after Rome and Milan, with direct flights to New York, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Dubai, Doha, Montreal, Toronto, with more than 10.7 million passengers in 2014.
RINA assessment will support SAVE in orienting and calibrating the next European Tenders for the Global Services contract of the two airports.
The purpose of the activity is to verify and assess the status of both core and ancillary airport facilities, with particular reference to the operations and maintenance of technical systems and equipment, Data room document management, Standard Level Agreements (SLAs), Customer Experience, Business Continuity and Emergency Management.
Our team will conduct several interviews with the SAVE people, in order to collect the track records and feedback about the service level agreements that have been performed till now.
The Working Group will present proposals for adapting the current technical management staff and structures and will indicate new tools that will allow SAVE to raise the level of services delivered to the passengers, which has now become a strategic Mission for SAVE Management.
Based on RINA results, technical criteria as such as the key performance indicators and contractual clauses will be improved in order to protect SAVE within the future global services contracts, also with the direct involvement of a focused and efficient Facility Management company.
