How we work 

We deliver our services across 14 countries through a team of more than 150 experts.

Our work begins with a feasibility assessment to evaluate strategic alignment, economic and financial robustness, risk exposure, ESG performance and consistency with international good industry practice, financing standards and lender requirements.

• Performing life cycle assessment of products and/or technologies to identify hotspots and mitigate overall environmental and social impacts. 
• Identifying the most suitable technologies through structured scouting and comparison. 
• Assessing and managing environmental, social and human rights impacts across planning, construction and operation. 
• Performing sustainability, efficiency and reliability studies for resources utilisation, including energy, water, raw materials and core processes, with a focus on performance and process integrity. 
• Supporting financing institutions in implementing green financing initiatives and related mechanisms, including stakeholder engagement initiatives. 
• Supporting the development of the capabilities needed to operate, maintain and adapt new solutions over time.
• Delivering quality assurance services to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across all project phases. 

We then move into design, shaping operational frameworks, optimising processes, strengthening quality and risk management systems and integrating environmental, social and governance measures.  

During execution, we guide assurance activities, monitor key indicators, support transaction processes and roll out focused learning initiatives. We continue to track performance in operation, for example on behalf of project lenders, and ultimately support responsible and sustainable decommissioning strategies.
