Our Project Engineering team manages complex and challenging projects with a global reach, ensuring multidisciplinary coordination and full technical oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle. We work closely with all other engineering practices to develop strategies, optimise resources, and ensure technical excellence at every stage.
Our team operates across 10 countries and includes more than 70 experts, covering major industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, renewable energy and technologies, mobility and transport, infrastructure, steel and cement, refineries, and advanced technologies.
How we work
Our activity spans all phases of a project:
- Strategy: we support business lines and business development in strategic planning for clients and prospects. We collaborate with other engineering practices to define and set up new services.
- Proposal: we coordinate the preparation of technical proposals, especially large, complex, or non-conventional ones. Moreover, we cover potential competence gaps, ensuring effort evaluation, benchmarking, and alignment.
- Design: we act as technical managers in complex projects. We develop engineering management documents and maintain and update the project schedule.
- Execution: we oversee and coordinate engineering work during the execution phase, ensuring consistency, technical quality, and adherence to schedules. We help identify risks, challenges, and opportunities.
- Operation and end of life: we support clients during the operational and end-of-life stages, providing optimisation studies, risk assessments, life-extension evaluations, and sustainable decommissioning strategies.
