How we work  

Our network of more than 170 experts provides solutions across 5 countries. Through workshops and interviews, we gather requirements, assess technical feasibility, and define needs. Our team proposes Design Assurance Levels and identifies lifecycle data to be produced and controlled. We explore test environments, toolchains, and target hardware, evaluating compliance methods and pre-existing software. We identify technological, regulatory, and cyber risks, estimate impacts and costs, and support access to incentives such as Industry 4.0 and funded Research & Development.

  • Applying generative AI to transform plant data into real-time quality insights and operational actions, accelerating root cause analysis, optimizing setpoints, and automating reporting. 
  • Improving asset efficiency and longevity through predictive and prescriptive analytics based on statistics and machine learning, with a strong focus on model transparency. 
  • Supporting guidance, navigation, and control with AI algorithms, integrating AI-driven command and control (C2) systems for complex decision-making scenarios. 

In our design activities, we leverage the integration of AI methods with advanced computational systems such as FEM and CFD, significantly accelerating the design process and enabling rapid, high-fidelity engineering decisions. We co-design system requirements, define architectures, and ensure interoperability and cybersecurity from the outset. Our approach includes deploying integrated monitoring solutions, conducting software verification, and delivering in Agile/DevOps cadence. We harden systems with penetration testing, guide compliance, and secure adoption through simulation validation and training.
