Starting with the drafting and collection of the required documentation, we carry out cost-benefit analyses and in-depth studies to identify critical issues, risks, funding opportunities, and strategic priorities. Based on the findings of our analyses, we identify the most suitable technologies and materials, assess their applicability across different markets and jurisdictions, and, when required, evaluate eligibility for green credit lines under BREEAM, LEED, or equivalent protocols.
During construction, we ensure that each work is verified and developed in compliance with design, planning, quality, environmental, functional, budget (project control) and safety requirements.
