In case of claims or disputes, operators in the automotive sector can benefit, countrywide or internationally, from the RINA’s team's work carrying out technical, medical and legal appraisals, both in relation to managing complaints and to quantifying damage, through to pay-outs for the same. 

The activity is carried out in accordance with the RINA governance model, which safeguards impartiality and prevents conflict of interest situations.


Our team is present and supervises all phases of the matter: from inspecting the vehicle and acquiring the relevant documentation, to quantifying the damages, and through to obtaining indemnity or compensation.
