RINA supports project developers, lenders, owners and operators through independent Condition and Performance Assessment, or "CPA" services.
CPA services consist of a suite of desktop and on-site diagnostic services and tests, aimed at verifying the health status of a renewable energy plant. Such services can be carried out as a one-off, or periodically from commissioning to the end of the operational lifecycle as part of a condition monitoring schedule.
These services are not intended to replace the testing activities that should be carried out by the EPC contractor, but rather are to ascertain the achievement of optimum performance levels through independent testing.
