RINA SSM Laboratory (Studio Sperimentale Metalsiderurgico) delivers a comprehensive portfolio of mechanical testing, chemical analyses, and metallurgical investigation services for a broad range of materials, including carbon steels, stainless steels, copper alloys, nickel alloys, and composite materials. All testing activities are performed in accordance with the most widely recognized national, European, and international standards, including UNI, EN, ISO, ASTM, and ASME.

Our experienced technical team provides expert support throughout the entire testing and qualification process, ensuring accurate material characterisation, reliable interpretation of test results, and professional assistance with welding procedure qualification (WPQR/WPS) and welder qualification programs.
