Conference dinner and Drinks reception
Our dinner and drinks reception will be held at the Hilton London Heathrow Airport (Terminal 4) on Wednesday 4 November 2026 in the conference open dining area next to the conference room overlooking the hotel lake and gardens.

Our 2026 conference will be taking place at the Hilton London Heathrow Airport (Terminal 4). The hotel is airy, with plenty of natural light and its own lake. The hotel has adopted a focus on sustainability, which is in line with RINA’s values. Real trees in the restaurant and bar area are able to photosynthesise thanks to the bulbs used in the bar and the restaurant uses produce from its kitchen garden nestled in the hotel grounds, which includes bee hives.
The venue offers strong links to the M25 and is situated right next to Terminal 4 – a walkway links you direct from Hotel to Terminal with train links to London. There is a carpark and a Hoppa Bus.
