Our projects

We developed a technology solution to meet our clients’ growing needs.

Qualify with Confidence (QWiC) solves the challenge of estimating telecommunication build costs quickly and accurately.

QWiC supports business serviceability by providing users or systems with estimated construction lengths, costs, and nearby businesses by using configured parameters that determine these values.

The technology that supports the application utilizes Esri's ArcGIS platform.

We developed two GIS-based applications (Web Meter Map and Mobile Meter Map) for this large utility in the southern United States.

These applications display meters and other electric assets in the utility's service area to enable direct access, visualization, and interaction with infrastructure assets to provide helpful location-based analyses such as work order routing.

The applications are used by field and office employees from several departments and are routinely used to identify and manage meter and meter communication issues.

We continue to work with this utility on improvements to these applications. Benefits since rollout have included reduction of approximately 1,500 truck rolls per month, better insight into customers and the surrounding environment, and improved safety and operational efficiencies.

In an effort to increase visibility and reduce communication time for a Midwest Utility, we developed a GIS playbook and data management deliverable to understand the status of issues and planned progress through a new multi-year and multi-project renewable program.

The team involved improved project decisions, field management tasks, reporting efforts, and the asset management transition by leveraging the GIS playbook and the ArcGIS Enterprise technology system.

Utility staff are constantly asked by internal and external stakeholders to reduce operating costs while keeping or improving on the reliability of power delivery.

Our geospatial and asset management team worked closely with stakeholders in support of the information technology department's asset management portfolio to deliver information retrieval, field routing, and work capture applications.

These GIS web and mobile applications were used by thousands of staff members to reduce the amount of time retrieving information, limiting truck mileage, and capturing and seamlessly syncing records with back-office systems.

Investments in network infrastructure is a fundamental function of a company like Comcast. In order to achieve a positive rate of return, investment decisions require accurate statistics of revenue potential.

Our team partnered with Comcast over multiple years to design, develop, train, and deploy web mapping applications (Web GIS) that provided engineering, marketing, and sales professionals with the ability to quickly understand revenue potential for positive or negative investment actions.

Teams from over eight states used the tools to more confidently deploy hundreds of millions of investments in support of Comcast Business customer growth objectives.
