RINA North America: fostering a collaborative approach to advance the project
RINA provides Owner’s Representative (OR) services for large, complex construction projects. RINA’s OR is a registered Professional Engineer who has extensive experience in the construction of projects of similar scope and magnitude. The OR is supported by a team of technical professionals in engineering, construction management, and project controls. RINA ORs provide an additional set of eyes to review project performance, technical issue resolution, and appropriate cost allocation to ensure that an Owner’s project is meeting required objectives. RINA’s approach is to listen to understand the needs and perspectives of the Client and key stakeholders, to foster a collaborative approach to advance the project, and to offer value-added services when needed.
