Providing timely and reliable engineering solutions for industrial facilities

We partnered with a multi-national industrial processing corporation to provide engineering, procurement, and construction to replace a 13.2 kV switchgear upgrade at one of their Midwestern facilities.
The objective of the project was to better serve the facility for present and future needs with a focus on safety, reliability, and value.
The new equipment, which included a power distribution center (PDC) building, was installed while the plant remained operational.
We partnered with a food manufacturer to design the expansion of an existing facility that included a new raw material storage cooler.
Developing the plans required a subsurface utility investigation and topographic survey that were used to create a base map of existing conditions.
A geotechnical investigation was also performed in order to ascertain soil and groundwater conditions.
We provided the site/civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical plans to the client.
In addition to the design we provided code and permit review, a project schedule, and a budgetary cost of construction.
We partnered with a steel manufacturing corporation to complete a distribution upgrade project at a facility in the Midwest.
This included the replacement of a medium voltage switchgear with power distribution center (PDC) and associated three (3) two-winding step-down transformers.
In addition to the electrical engineering, we provided the civil and foundation/structural engineering, as well as testing and commissioning of the transformers, PDC, and energizing of the feeder breaker.
We provided a programmatic solution to complete arc flash analyses for a multinational industrial processes company at over 500 sites located throughout North America.
The service was provided in a phased approach that included an initial clearance assessment and switching diagram, electrical study, and remediation.
As part of the solution, we created a geospatial tracking website that enabled the client to easily manage the scope, milestones, forecasts, and staff associated with the project.
We partnered with a chemical producer to replace a deteriorating 250,000-gallon wastewater surge tank.
We performed the design, procurement, and construction of the project. This included the concrete foundation, secondary containment, surrounding asphalt and associated drainage work.
We maintained a temporary tank to keep the plant operational during construction.
The project was completed on time and on budget.
