Our projects

Nature Fresh Farms | Ohio Phase 2 Substation Upgrades

Nature Fresh Farms selected us to install high-voltage upgrades for its Phase 2 greenhouse expansion in Delta, Ohio.

After completing design services for the substation expansion, we expanded our role into full design-build delivery that included electrical, civil, structural, construction management, and general contracting services. The project supported a greenhouse operation that grows and distributes organic foods across North America.

The work strengthened an existing client relationship and helped deliver the power infrastructure needed for a major facility expansion.

Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) | Arc Flash Analysis + Electrical Services

Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) needed a programmatic solution to complete arc flash studies for more than 500 facilities across North America.

We organized the work by region and facility type, performed site investigations and power systems studies, and supported remediation tracking. The program included initial clearance assessments, switching diagrams, electrical studies, and recommendations for safer interaction with plant electrical systems.

A geospatial tracking website helped ADM and our team manage scope, milestones, forecasts, staffing, and study findings across a large, distributed portfolio.

Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) | Arc Flash Analysis + Electrical Services

At BP’s Whiting Refinery, we serve as lead analytical engineer and relay study coordinator for a major power systems program tied to a large refinery upgrade.

The work includes short circuit and coordination studies, relay settings, arc flash studies, review of protection and control circuits, subconsultant coordination, motor starting studies, generator protection settings, and integration with the existing power system.

The assignment requires a detailed understanding of refinery operations and electrical system constraints, with recommendations focused on reliability, safety, and practical implementation.

Confidential Client | 138kV Power Substation Design

For a confidential data center client, we perform power system studies across an expanding national program.

Services include field investigations, computer-based arc flash studies, short circuit analysis, relay coordination, hazard distance and incident energy calculations, and equipment labeling. We were asked to lead the program to provide continuity across the client’s data center portfolio.

The work supports safer operations and more consistent electrical study practices for critical facilities across multiple locations.
