Discover how the project will be implemented
This work package will generate a comprehensive exploitation and replication plan, validated business models, and policy recommendations for deployment at the European scale. This will allow the energy cooperation model to transcend the project and become a replicable reference in other countries.
The project will achieve the implementation and validation of three Energy Cooperation Hubs, involving 48 companies in real activities. A results report and impact analysis will be generated, as well as a document on lessons learned that will facilitate transferring the model to other European territories.
This work package will provide three fully operational digital tools and their integration into three complete digital solutions, specific to each hub. These solutions will enable shared energy management, flexibility analysis, and data-driven decision-making, paving the way for subsequent real-life demonstrations.
This work package will provide a comprehensive diagnosis of the hubs, identify and document key regulatory barriers, and define the energy cooperation models to be validated in the three countries. Additionally, the first training sessions (3 per ECH, a total of 9) will be developed, and the foundations will be laid for involving the 48 participating companies in the demonstration phases.
This work package will ensure efficient and consistent project execution, provide high-quality technical reports, appropriately coordinate the consortium, and guarantee compliance with the legal, administrative, and financial requirements established in the Grant Agreement No. 101215550.
This work package will apply a consistent visual identity throughout the lifecycle of the Life E-BUSCO project, designing a tailored communication plan and other dissemination elements. Its goal is to generate a significant impact in regional and national media, as well as on social networks, through publications and other dissemination activities, in order to reach as many citizens as possible.
