RINA is engaged in innovation activities aimed at ‘closing the loop’ of product lifecycles through greater re-use and recycling of waste fractions such as construction and demolition waste and other fractions. Activities the Company provides in this framework mainly concern strategic planning, the assessment of life cycle impacts and of the technical as well as economical feasibility.

The Company is moreover supporting the bio-based industry sector with strategic roadmapping activities and other supporting measures aimed at strengthening the bio-based economy in Europe and elsewhere.
