Developed as a result of a specific protocol underwritten between the Ministry of Health and FIPE (Italian Federation of Public Enterprises of Confcommercio), its purpose is to certify compliance of the firm and catering activities with voluntary quality and hygiene rules which focus on critical areas as regards food safety inside public enterprises. In particular, the requirements concern three fundamental aspects: - continuous training, - service charter, -compliance with GMP specifications
