Candidate education and specifications:
* Degree in Engineering (preferably Naval);
* Age 28 - 35 years;
* Pronounced technical understanding and familiarity with offshore engineering and marine environment;
* Experience in direct calculations and seakeeping analysis of ship shaped and offshore moored units;
* Shipyard or design experience in an engineering function.
Professional experience:
* 2/5 years professional experience in a comparable position;
* Previous experience as an engineer involved in analysis of mobile or moored offshore units in a Company working in the offshore field would be a primary advantage;
* Previous training in the use of hydrodynamics analysis tools such as MOSES and ORCAFLEX or similar would be a primary advantage.
Personal skills and abilities:
* Fluent in English language, both spoken and written;
* Knowledge of hydrodynamics theory and response analysis of ship shaped floating or moored units;
* Good communication skills;
* Ability to work in a team and on tight schedules;
* Problem solving and client oriented attitude.
