New edition of the General Rules for the certification of Management Systems

A new edition of the "General Rules for the certification of Management Systems" (RC/C 40) has been approved and will enter into force on 1st August 2012.
Point 3.1 has been modified : the information relevant to the client organization, required by the Informative Questionnaire, has to be provided by an Authorized Client representative (ISO 17021: 2011 - 9.2.1).
