Following entry into force of Italian legislative decree 231/2001, the principle of imputability of legal persons has been strengthened within our legal system, thus exposing them to the risk of possible sanctions.

Over the years, the list of crimes has undergone a considerable and unexpected expansion, encompassing fields such as occupational health and safety and environmental protection. In the wake of these issues, the role of the Control Body has become increasingly more complex and distinct, strengthening the value and influence of efficacious control with a view to effective implementation of the Model.

Together with the key figures, through their accounts, we'll try to shed light on some topics, supported and helped by the latest technology.
