Organisation of security drills

Every company needs to prepare its employees to respond to possible emergency situations in order to ensure that they are ready to respond appropriately to any security incidents; ensuring that employees are aware of security issues and performing drills are the only effective way of ensuring that personnel will be prepared at all times.

RINA Services offers assistance in the organisation and performance of drills to ensure that employees working in industrial, logistics and port sites and seagoing personnel are capable of performing their assigned security tasks; drills also permit identification of any gaps in the security system so that they can be remedied promptly.

Drills coordinated by RINA Services may apply to an entire organisational unit or group of companies (such as an industrial district) to check their overall coordination and the organisation of roles and chains of command under simulated emergency conditions. Upon completion of each drill the company will be supplied with a final report useful for keeping security records up to date as required by certain regulations and by standards of "good practice".
